SCMWC is a non-profit corporation that was created for the purpose of serving water to its Shareholders in Snake Creek canyon in conformance with the rights granted by the Utah Division of Water Rights for part-time (seasonal or recreational) indoor family use, and the continued maintenance of the company's water system in conformance with all applicable rules and regulations of the Utah State Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Drinking Water.
Mission
The SCMWC Board of Directors is committed to protecting and preserving the water rights granted by the Utah Division of Utah Water Rights and operating the water system in compliance with the requirements of the Utah Division of Drinking Water.
Vision
It was/is the vision, of the founders of SCMWC and the Board of Directors to sustain the company and provide necessary maintenance and upgrades to the water system so that shareholders can depend on a clean, reliable supply of water to their cabins.
